Returns and exchanges are not accepted for non-quality issues. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our customer service before sending anything back.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not shipped. To request cancellation, contact us at leekafai1234@outlook.com with your order number. If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

Quality Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
